About me

I’m a Professional Coach specialized in career and transition, based in Switzerland, with nearly 30 years of experience crafting regulatory strategies and developing people.

I originally trained as a plant molecular biologist, though, in truth, my main takeaway from that degree was a lasting love for sunflowers. After graduating, I chose a role in regulatory affairs without knowing much about it. I simply followed my intuition. It felt right, and it was!

For nearly three decades, I led projects and teams in demanding corporate environments. My career took me from Pharma to Biotech to MedTech, and geographically from Israel to the UK, and finally to Switzerland, which I’ve called home since 2005.

In 2023, I decided to trust my intuition once again. I earned my ICF accreditation and launched my coaching practice.

Curious about what drives growth and personal development, especially during transitions, I’ve always been drawn to meaningful conversations. The kind that helps people find clarity, confidence, and the courage to be their authentic selves.

Today, I partner with curious, open-minded students, academics, and professionals in moments of career and life transition. Together, we work to rebuild confidence, clarify who they are, who they want to become, and articulate what they truly want, drawing on both logic and intuition.

The result is a much deeper self-awareness, stronger emotional intelligence, and the ability to move from indecision to clear, confident action to create the future they genuinely want (see my recommendations).

Outside of coaching, I cherish family time with my husband and our three grown-up daughters. I love reading thrillers and will happily seize any excuse to hike, travel, or dog-sit someone else’s dog.
